What equipment is needed?

For this class, you'll only need a chair. Exercise bands would provide additional benefit however.

Do I need to get down on the floor and back up?

No - the entire class is done in the chair

If I have a previous injury or surgery, is this ok to do?

Yes, you can. All the movements in this class are deliberately easy to do. As with anything, if you start to feel pain or anything starts to feel wrong, please stop.
