How do I access my courses?

Go to your library here: https://better5.com/library to see all your purchases.

My login doesn't work!

If you have purchased a course and can't log in, please click here and enter in the email address you created the account with. Your password will be reset and you can access your library.

Why does the charge on my credit card statement show up as 'recurring'?

We only charge you when you authorize a transaction, never automatically. The charge showing up as 'recurring' is a PCI compliance requirement by out payment provider, and not optional for us to change.
